This is a drop down box that tells us the time length of the ad (20 sec., 40 sec.
& 60 sec. ad) Click on the down arrow to make your choice.
B. Click in this box to write the lead in line. This is the introduction
to the voice over that starts the ad. Many Realtors use this area
to brand their name in the market. Examples: “List with Donna Delegal
and start packing” another is “ Steve Jones a house hold name”.
C. In this area type in the number of bedrooms, bathroom
and half baths for your listing. This is part of voice over and does not have
to be restated in the script body.
D. This is the area that states the
main amenities of the listing in the voice over. In this area, write all the features
that make this property unique and special. Please do not abbreviate words.
E. This is the area to place the listing agent(s) name.
F. This is the
area to place your real estate company name. (Full legal name)
G. This
is the area to place your contact phone number.

H. Type in the MLS# or any 6 digit
code. Examples: JJW-101 or BBE-102.
I. Type in the property address or
Lot number, this helps us reference your ad on the computer.
J. Type in
the name of the Subdivision: if none type in the area the property is located
within. Example: Southside, West Jacksonville, Beaches, Northside, Arlington.
K. Please type in the Phonetic Pronunciation of agent name or word(s)
in the voice script .This will help us to do it right the first time. An example
would be my own last name spelled Wensten said Winston. Another example would
be Michael Anapolsky said Ann-a-pole-ski.
L. Type in the asking price
of the property / listing. Please use $ sign & commas.
M. Click on the
down arrow, pick the area /section that the property/ listing will play within.
N. Optional: Click on down arrow, select ad banner for property.
O. Type in the contact e-mail address for questions. If you do not have an e-mail
address put (N/A) in the box.
P. Type in your personal web site or company
web site.
Q. Type in your company fax number..
R. Type in the
best phone # to contact you if we have a question concerning your ad. (cellular
unit or beeper)
S. Type in any special instruction concerning your ads.
Example would be, telling the producer to show the picture of the pool area first,
then the front of the house. Another would be telling the producer to use the
MLS picture. We will go to the NEFAR site to pull the picture.
T. This
is the area you will attach your pictures for this listing. Attachment 1 tells
us this is the first picture you want shown, attachment 2 second picture, and
so on.
